Quinta d'Amares Legacy Grande Reserva

Dibbs and Paul's four-hands dinner at Kolabo : 100% Loureiro aged in used barrels, friend carried this back from Portugal. Wow this actually reminded me of the Ganevat that I had the previous day but better. Made like a very serious Jura Chard (unlike Niepoorts which were more Burg ringers); saline citrus fruit with piercing acidity. Portuguese whites can really be excellent.
