Yeast and bread, but a bit off otherwise.

On the nose the yeasty character is perceivable, but not prominent. More evident lemon, green apple and flinty aromas give a crystalline impression. The foam is a bit strong at first and the pronounced acidity leaves much freshness in the mouth. The bread and biscuity hints are a bit stronger on the palate, which ends with a ginger aftertaste. Body is medium + (when the bubbles settle down a bit it pleasantly fills the mouth) and alcohol medium. A decent …

Today I was finding this much apple-ier next to the utmost mineral refreshment of the BdB.

Not exactly clean on the back end, almost like a sour candy like finish. Serious manipulation?

loads of bread aromas. pear fruit palate and a little blue cheese thought. cracker. 'water dosage' is the means to an end here, rather than a wine dosage.
