Perraud, Bourgogne Aligote

Color: yellow, with a bit gold and a little bit green. Troubled, because the wine is not filtered. Nose: apple, some flowers and a bit buttery. Taste: apple, refined banana, a bit butter, some flower-notes. Rather prominent acidity, but not too much. All flavours very nicely integrated and refined.
