Lovely aromas of yeasty bread dough with fresh citrus, green apple, pear, and almond flavors and a crisp acidity which is not at all overpowering. This is very nicely made - especially for the price.

I am not a big fan of "bubbles". I was just looking for something light to sip on during the winter storm. I will save some for the patio when it warms up, and probably save some bottles for the grandkids to make mimosas!
