(16,5/20) My second and last bottle of this Croatian super premium wine. I found the wine slightly better a year-and-a-half ago. Still rich, opulent and powerful though. Blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Syrah, vinified separately. Aged in oak barrels. Medium intense aromas of violet, blackberry, blueberry, liquorice wood, vanilla, dark chocolate, coffee. Dry wine, medium acidity, medium+ and fine-grained tannins, full body, pronounced flavour intensity, long finish. 14% ABV - gift Sasha Kranac

(17/20) One of the best Croatian wines I've had. Rich, powerful, complex and lingering. Ticks all the boxes! Blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah and Merlot. Medium+ intense aromas of violet, blackcurrant, blueberry, black plum, vanilla, toast, tobacco, leather, milk chocolate, graphite, balsamic, bay leaf, black pepper, tomato leaf, liquorice wood. Dry wine, medium+ acidity, medium+ and fine-grained tannins, full body, pronounced flavour intensity, long finish. 14% ABV - brought by Sasha Kranjac
