Mailly Champagne Grand Cru Cuvée les Echansons Oenotheque

This wine was tasted in a "first" vertical of Les Echansons including the 99, 98, 97, 96, 95, 89, 88 (no dosage and disgorged just prior to the tasting), 88 and 82 (ND and disgorged prior to the tasting) with Maillys Chef de Cave Hervé Dantan. Lots of fruit, vanilla and orange/citrus on the nose and of course a lot of butterscotch. A very very good wine.
