Very well done Agricole. Good depth and balance. Sits somewhere between Rum and Whisky.

Although some people consider rhum agricole (rum made from sugar cane juice) to be the finest rum, I prefer molasses-based rum. But I respect rhum agricole, and this is a fine example. It combines the grassy flavors that define rhum agricole with citrus notes and lots of wood from long aging.
