Produced by Vincent Girardin. Opened for >1.5 hrs. Not sure if this used carbonic maceration. A bit reticent but with nice black cherries and blackberries-just a bit candied with hints of minerals an earth. Palate initially tart and bright. With air and as glass warms, deeper flavors of black fruit, earth. Nice long finish. Just doesn't have he depth.
