Super clean white fruit profile of pears and peaches. Fresh, balanced palate with a lovely saline minerality to the finish. Very nice

Tasted blind: very pale in color; slightly pungent nose like pink grapefruit with matchstick (some called it "vegetal"); citrusy and very young; guessed it to be Aligote. Not characteristic of Chablis to me but still a nice quaff at $20ish.
