Terranoble Pinot Noir Reserva

Flower Day - Stelvin cap. Translucent raspberry colour in glass. Nose is smoky, earthy and with a reductive element. With swirling and time it turns into shoe polish, savoury herbs and light red flowers with the faintest hint of raspberry. On the palate there’s ripe red fruit (I get both raspberry and cherry), savoury herbs, some spice and a hint of anise. It has medium plus acidity and light tannins. The finish is warm from the spice notes and herbs.
