A lovely riesling, more German in its outlook. Slightly golden hue in colour, floral nose and with a fruit driven palate, supported by a honey undertone. Terrific drop to have with Japanese food. Could go for a bit longer for those who would like to enjoy their riesling aged.

Piermont Retreat 3km south of Swansea Tasman Highway, TASMANIA, 7190, Australia. Pale clear white gold. Mineral and silky mouthfeel, medium body, lime, citrus fruits, medium plus acidity through the mid palate and long finish. Very enjoyable with 15 minutes open.
