Ripe melon/cantaloupe, meyer lemon, ripe white peach, bitter wildflower honey and brine/oyster shells on the nose. A little bitterness, maybe from lees aging. Medium + intensity of aromas. The palate adds ripe yellow apples, orange juice and lemon juice, keeping the bitter honey. A little plastic/reductivity too. A little texturally chubby, but in a good way. Medium + body with medium acid. Overall a nice, bigger white that would pair very well with something like sardine pasta. Drink now.

Popped and poured. DIAM cork. Gentle peach aroma. Clean, crisp flavors of peach, minerals. Clean apple finish. Beautiful wine, excellent QPR.
