KITÁ Sauvignon Blanc Camp 4 Vineyard

Dry. Initial aromas of banana taffy. With some air it moves to guava, lime juice, lime peel, mild bubblegum. Gorgeous acidity. Oak program is balanced and well-integrated. I bought three whites from this winery and I’m so excited to taste the other two. Paired with Thai red curry and green papaya salad. Household note: Enjoyed by all. MW approved.

Some California Wines : Medium straw color. Aromas of peach, lime and guava pop from the glass, with notes of white tea, mint, lemongrass, and steely, salty notes. Rich texture on the palate but zippy acidity and fresh but nuanced fruit (guava, papaya, lime). A pure and lively feel with notes of saline, lemongrass, mint and some honeyed tea notes. A lot going on here.
