May be the best chardonnay we have ever had. Rich, buttery, tangy, slightly spicy but smooth, lingers on the palate. Only thing that keeps it from 100 is that it was a touch on the sweet side.

Peach and citrus with sweet vanilla aromas from the cork. Highly aromatic and inviting nose of pineapple, coconut, butterscotch, vanilla and hints of poached pear. Also just a touch reductive on the nose. On the full-bodied palate, it is rich and creamy with apple, nut and toasted oak flavours framed by bright and juicy acids. The dry, caramel-tinged finish lingers for quite a while. Score: 90+ pts
