Perhaps this bottle was a bit past it's prime, as reading the notes from other drinkers don't quite match my experience. Consequently, I'm not gong to rate these bottles. Definitely citrus, lemon/lemongrass...grapefruit seems to be a common note, but I'm not sure if it's grapefruit or pineapple.

This is a very nice, enjoyable wine. I got notes on the nose of jalapeno peppers and minerality including slate. Also, citrus notes of lemon and grapefruit. On the palate, it is medium plus bodied and has nice acidity with notes of gooseberry, passion fruit, and grapefruit. It's a bit tropical but it doesn't taste overripe. The finish is a slightly shorter than some other sauvignon blancs that I have had, but it is still very pleasant and enjoyable.
