Leo Buring Cabernet Sauvignon Barossa Valley/Coonawarra

This one threw quite a bit of sediment after a few hours standing up. Deep, opaque purple even after 18 years. Lively cab sauv nose with still quite primary ripe fruits, the palate was med-full bodied but well balanced. Not hugely complex but my goodness this one over delivered price-wise. Drink now or keep for... another 18 years? Seems to have room to move. Very refreshing considering its 13.5% OH.
