Domaine Loïs Dufouleur Beaune 1er Cru Clos des Perrières

Bought directly from Loïs who with his wife is a hotelier. Given his wine production started out more as a side project and the wine was a very light brick colour as I poured it I have to confess that I wasn't expecting much, but oh how I was wrong.
