Maraschino cherry, tarragon, sweat like after a good run. Very light ruby color. Nicely balanced.

Opened this for a non-traditional Thanksgiving dinner served with a stuffed leg of lamb, butternut risotto, and pancetta brussel sprouts. Nice complement to the meal as this pinot has body. Dry, medium-bodied, silky tannins, some acidity, cherry, raspberry and baking spices.

On the nose I got cherry, strawberry, and raspberry. Tasting I also got some vanilla, honey suckle, slight oak, and a bit of black pepper. The wine looks purple colored. The legs are slow. There is no sediment in the bottle. It smells like strawberry, raspberry, cherry, light toast and honeysuckle. Beautiful PN filled with tart cherry, stewed strawberry, oak, mushroom, and gobs of earthy goodness. It sits neatly on the tongue and glides delightfully across the palate lingering nicely.

Extremely light and transparent garnet. Volatile nose, cranberry with a hit of smoke. The palate falls less acidic and juicy than promised by the nose, the faintest tannins arriving on the finish. No complaints as a chuggable chilled porch wine.

Raspberries and fresh green vegetables on the nose. Light in the mouth with raspberries, hibiscus, and a sparkling acidity reminiscent of sour patch kids. Some minerality too. Minimal pirazines. Very drinkable.

A bit soft and sweet like lightly extracted ripe berries. Needs more acidity and backbone.
