Nice old one. Loaded with age, really tasty, wondered if it had perhaps been heated during storage last number of years, the sharp flavour bits of the blackberry fruit was nipped off and only the basal flavours remained. Medium high acid, off dry, medium tannin.

Popped at poured at a restaurant. Big, burley, but reasonably balanced. Super fruity, spicy and earthy nose. taste was all big black fruits, spice, earth with a really thick, viscous mouthfeel that following through the finish. At retail prices this is good QPR.

This is burly and mouth coating. Brambly aromas. Zippy entry. Blackberry and spice on the palate. This is a big, jammy zin. This is my favorite of the Four Vines lineup. Well done. 89
