Pale lemon colour. Aromatic, with honeysuckle and pear blossom. Williams pears on the palate, balanced by minerality and with a good long gooseberry finish.

Pale lemon in the glass. Not a lot of fruit left on this, just a metallic aroma & taste profile. Pretty dead, past its prime. Unfortunately, didn't show much potential even when it was fresher. Next.

Notes écrites plusieurs jours après dégustation. Pomme poire, frais et net. Perception d'une minéralité presque saline (serait-ce l'apport des sols pierreux des Dolomites ?...). Bonne longueur et digeste. Excellent rapport Q-P. Un noble représentant de ce qui se fait de bien avec ce cépage souvent mal-aimé.

By glasses. Coarse and sweet notes of green apple. Boring and repetitive in both nose and palate. Absurd density for a PB. An unintegrated acidity that will prevent you from aging properly. Una acidez sin integrar que le impedirá envejecer adecuadamente.

Début discret, qui s'ouvre après qlq heures sur des notes de fleurs et pierre a fusil. En bouche, l'air lui a aussi fait de bien. Un debut léger qui s'étoffe un peu sur des fruits jaunes et des fleurs. Legere amertume en fin de bouche. Expérience interessant de pinot blanc.
