Crushed strawberries, light color and body, engaging. I vascillate between whether to drink the Cuvee 910 upon release, or age it, but this held up fine in the 2014 vintage. Nice match with salmon fillet.

CDAA Un gamay bien bio, bien nature, mais d’une belle texture ronde et fraiche, avec de la matière Visuellement, légèrement troubleet grenat, avec nez de gamay sur la cerise, mais de la volatile, de la souris… indéniablement nature! En bouche l’acidité est prégnante, le vin est anguleux sur la matière et le mineral, doté de tanins fins encore présents; le vin doit se fondre, belle structure fraiche et dynamique, avec de la puissance! Du beaujolais en plus dense! 89-91

Out of magnum. Decanted. Simply delicious--fresh, bright, almost gulpable but surprising depths and layers to the wine this year. The best version I've had of this, full stop.

This was best at the end of the bottle when it felt like the blend of grapes had finally come together seamlessly and some slight reduction had blown off. Vibrant, svelte, cinnamony. I would maybe decant next time.
