Borgo di Monteraponi Rosso Toscana IGT

Completely surprising. Found it at a specialty wine store; great price. Chocolate and raspberry on the nose, but on the palate, great complexity and so enjoyable to drink; something new with every sip. Most dominant to us is a flavor reminiscent of a Cherry Mash (chocolate and cherry), just nowhere near as sweet as the confection.
