Cola and pineapple were the predominant notes off the hop. Pineapple? I know. Crazy. Medium + tannin. Medium acidity. Ruby and clear. Long finish. Drink now plus 1-2 years. Paired with poached salmon, which highlighted the fruit nicely without competing like other suggestions of lamb. This is new world pinot, a little heavy handed IMO

Medium burgundy, strawberry and vanilla nose, medium body, crisp, strawberries, vanilla, earth, moderate silky tannins. Strawberries and balsamic in long finish. Very nice.

- Ruby color - Loved this wine! Earthy notes and muted fruit tastes. Not typical of your BC Pinots. Reminds me more of Pinots from Paso Robles. Will save the other one for another year.

BC WINES, Bloom : C: Med ruby A: Clean, Med+ Intensity, Dried Flowers, Red Fruit, Developing, Mineral, Zest T: Dry, med+ Acid, med tannin, med+ body, med+ finish. Seems tight at the moment picking up Atypical Pinot Fruit
