This came highly recommended. While it was enjoyable, I think I was expecting more. It didn't change my theory that if you drink Sauvignon blanc, go with sancerre or new Zealand , although I've also had a few good ones from chile lately.

Rather textbook CA Sauvignon Blanc nose. Lemons and limes with an herbal component. Good minerality. Less acidic than a NZ Sauv Blanc but nice. There's a certain oiliness or richness to this that adds a different element. Clean and refreshing. Good QPR but won't change your world.

I love this stuff. Great QPR, great everyday white. Versatile too. We just had it with Thai veggie spring rolls with a chile dipping sauce and it paired well. Vaynerchuk ripped this stuff but I wish I had a case.

Fairly crisp and refreshing, but a little thin. Vague impressions of tart apple and lemon.

We drank this with lemon-pepper Cod on 2/25/08. (bad pairing: there was an unpleasant conflict between the wine & the lemon pepper sauce). The wine was a medium amber color with lots of legs. It had very nice aromas of smoke, lemon, lime and grass on the nose. It had a full, mouth watering feel in the mouth…lemon-lime, basil & oak flavors and a bitter finish (unpleasantly so). It was over oaked for my taste

I am very happy with this bottling. A nice cross between Cali and NZ Sauv Blanc. Still holds the citrusy, pink grapefruit style of a NZ, but not quite as zingy and actually has some texture. The acidity is fresh, but not overwhelming. I could suck down a bottle of this on a hot summer day in no time! The aromatics are equally as pleasant.

Didn't like this as much as I expected to. Some spritz in the glass, aromas of citrus, grass. Palate seemed one-dimensional to me, simple lemon-lime with a clean fresh finish. Nice, but not earth-shaking.

Drank at Morton's with Nancy and Paul. Very fruity nose. Crisp, lemon and lime flavors dominate. Long finish. This was perfect with the Blue Cheese salad and Shrimp Alexander.

WOW! I thought the 05 was pretty good, but this one to me is better. Has a little bit of everything in it, just well balance of flavors where one flavor does not dominate. Grapefruits, citrus, lemon, lime, melons, along with a nice touch of grass and Italian seasoning. Like the Cliff Lede SB, this one really gets good after a little decanting, or chilling the bottle in the fridge for a day and then pour into decanter and let …
