A little too much yellow grapefruit; however, it paired very well with ceviche. The acid in the ceviche softened the wine, reduced the grapefruit, and elevated the other flavors in the wine.

Love, love this S.B. An absolutely great appetite whetter and all-around drinking pleasure. Pours a very pale straw color and has almost a little thickness to the pour. Sharp, tangy aromas of citrus and the "cat pee" S. B. urea notes everyone always talks about, plus a little extra fruit, maybe strawberries.
