A fairly standard New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc, slightly less grassy than average. Medium-bodied, with strong, broad acidity. Flavours of passionfruit, lemongrass, and lime juice, with strong notes of chalk and sulfur.

A percentage is aged in oak....rounder mouthfeel...buttery but not heavy...still has racy new Zealand Sauvignon Blanc .....really delicious with shrimp and grits...at Costco....will have more on hand
