Prince - Cabernets of the world (Prince Sydney, 40 Hansard Street) : Eucalyptus, cigar box, cedar over blackcurrant, sweet spice. Juicy with blackcurrant fruit vying for attention with the chalky grainy tannins, less obviously herbaceous on the palate. Hmm

vanilla oak dominant initially but blown off after a while, minimal fruit, some cassis, mint, herbal succulence, focussed but a softer tannin structure, was tougher to drink early on but came together better later.
