this second bottle of Mirabella DOM 2004 confirms the high level of this Dosaggio Zero DOM Vintage 2004 from a less renown producer. Lots of minerality with an enticing aromatic taste and fresh sensations. Extra brut as is it is supposed to be with pinot noir emerging overall. Train of bubbles still alive also the day after. A benchmark Franciacorta which really competes with a number of reputed champagne. Best paired with grilled scallops
