Perhaps the most delicious pet-nat style wine I've ever had. Oodles of strawberries, peaches, and orange blossom honey with very lovely and fine bubbles. Nicely mineralized finish, but not overly chalky as is often associated with this style of wine. Highly gluggable even after 5 years. Very large amount of sediment(dead yeast) in the bottle.
