Tasted blind. Was from a screw-cap bottle. Impromptu bottle from Marcus's MW prep tasting. Appearance is clear, pale intensity, lemon yellow colour. Legs. Nose is clean, pronounced intensity, with aromas of crunchy salty saline minerality, honeyed toast, citrus lemon, golden apple. Developed. On the palate, dry, high acidity, medium- alcohol (12.5%), medium body. Medium+ flavour intensity, with flavours of honeyed toast, salty saline minerality, citrus lemon, golden apple. Long finish. Very good quality. My blind guess was New World aged …
