Yellow-gold. Croissant - buttery baked goods. Yeasty. Preserved Lemon on nose and palate . Pink grapefruit. Saline. Obviously dry. Spice - vanilla. Honey flavour on back palate (flavour not sweetness). Savoury - gourmet. Lovely acid seam. Very long. Lovely
