Rose at Flatiron (Flatiron, SF) : Mix of gamay and pinot. There’s a yeastiness / leesy character to this - like still champagne with bruised raspberries. Way more flavorful on the midpalate than the others. Medium body, medium alcohol (13%), high acid, almost no bitterness.
