Domaine d'Ardhuy, Aloxe-Corton Premier Cru, Les Chaillots

Really impressive. This was recommended to us by one of the guys at the domaine several years ago but we didn't get around to opening it until now. It starts off kind of big and boxy but just needs a little bit of time to warm up from cellar temperature before composing itself into a pretty civilized package.
