A blend of biodynamically farmed Sangiovese (85%) and Merlot (15%) from Maremma. Fermented and macerated with the skins in stainless steel tanks for two weeks. Aged for 12 months in old oak botti casks of 3200 liter (90%) and used 500-liter oak demi-muids (10%). Then moved to 10000-liter stainless steel tanks and left to marry for another 18 months. 14% alcohol, 1 g/l residual sugar and 5,5 g/l acidity. Tasted blind in VV.
