I really don't care for flavored sake. However, if I take my personal opinion out of it, this is reasonable well made...dry with nice peach notes. I found the spices a bit off balance. My husband picked up a flavor he could only describe as artificial, but I am pretty sure there is nothing artificial in the sake.
