Alliance Loire Cabernet de Saumur Rosé Réserve des Vignerons

Grapefruit notes gave the wine an unexpected bitterness. Better with food.

This bottle left a better impression than the previous. I still found it overly dry, a little fruit would help. It does retain most of the qualities of a pleasant summer rose.

Initially, I found this to be insanely dry with little fruit and high tannin/acidity thing from the cab franc. With time, it did mellow, but overall less than average for a Rose. The next bottle will be more revealing.
