This is a Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc whose flavor profile leans more toward a pure lime zest taste, than the grassy, herbaceous style. Still no doubt of it's Kiwi origins. Lemon lime nose. Passionfruit and grapefruit on the palate, but mostly lime. Moderately crisp by New Zealand standards. The finish brings out some pear, green apple and wet stones with the citrus. Very clean style.

Super solid Marlborough. Dances the fine line between overly acidic and palate wrecking with just enough lime/ green apple/ flint to keep it firmly defined. Seems to pair well with everything. Pleasantly crisp and balanced. Certified and sustainable as an added bonus. Do you find this review helpful? Yes - No / Comment
