A bit reductive, but give it some air to blow off. Crushed berries, a bit of spritz, lively acid, violets, and zesty minerals. Excellent food wine, would pair nicely with duck or really any sort of meat.

Clean but lacking fruit. For me there are better poulsards out there for less money.

This was an incredible ploussard! Generous right from the bottle. High toned aromatics lend way to wild berries (fraises des bois), falling autumn leaves, sassafras and birch spices. The palate echoes the flavors as the aromas and is both complex and elegant. Given the 14% ABV, the wine remains neither hot or overtly ripe. This might be the best ploussard I have had to date. There is enough acidity and tannins to keep this bird singing but it is so …

strawberry nose, light red colored, light bodied in the mouth with more flavor than the color might suggest. there's a stemmy element that grows on me but mainly i find it lacking good acidic zip to keep each sip interesting. very much made in a 'natural wine style', and not bad, but somewhat pricey for what you get.

Great. So lihgt on its feet. Still quite complex, while also hedonistic and very juicy

Not my favorite. Was a bit awkward and, as the night went on, it picked up some of that natty funk which made me promptly stop drinking

Vibrant, juicy, with a well-balanced blend of red fruits and herbs. Really enjoyable, paired great with our dinner of greek food.

Lovely nose of red berries, strawberries, blood orange, and a hint of thyme. Good acidity with more berries, some red cherries, and minerals on the palate. Good finish. Very young, primary, and fruit driven at this stage. Lovely to drink and made in a very clean style. 92+

Very reductive, with some strange burnt rubber aromas on opening. Opens up with about 45 minutes of air. Earthy, red berries. Medium acidity and pretty harsh tannins for now. Good length.
