(tasting@BirdinHand) What a step up from the 2-in-bush! Perfumey red and purple fruits, soft leathers, white pepper. Chewy clean leather, lollies, rosewater, dark floral spices. Textural, chewy with garrigue on the finish - thyme, myrtle, sage, and minty eucalypt. Elegant!
