Weingut Familie Moser Roter Muskateller

My first Roter Muskateller The nose is very "grape-y" reminding me of muscat, gewurztraminer, riesling type aromatic grapes. There's also a slight herbal (perhaps menthol) note. These continue to the palate where there is a crisp acidity, again to me reminiscent of riesling. The finish is clean and rather persistent. Overall my wife (who brought this from a heuriger event in Austria) likes this flavour profile much more than me. I basically dislike the grapejuice/acid mix that riesling and gewurtztraminer …
