easy-drinking and lively at this point. glad to have held the last couple bottles. might still have a year or two of enjoyment left. great with a "rustic" tomato-shallot-garlic sauce.

some extra time in the bottle did this one right. pleasant, food-friendly, integrated, still has some structure. went well with a simple pasta (red sauce) and salad. better on night one than on night two. drink up.
