Very complex, almost like a light to medium body red wine.

Better the second day and warmer than fridge temp.

nice sour (not bitter) almost mouth puckering cranberry and strawberry notes with lingering finish. sweetness and alcohol are in balance! i think they have some of these 05s kicking around still, got some at the tasting room in paso robles. buy and drink now.

A bit heavy at this stage with raspberry, clove, alcohol.

very fun wine. tons of fruit...almost hi-c flavored but not in an overly tricky/sweet way. good summertime option.

big and bold, and yes I'm referring to a rose. lots going on here and this is a rose i'd point anyone to who still thinks 'pink' wine is boring.

The biggest, brawniest rose you will find anywhere. Yowza. Cloudy red and dark for a rose--the look of Hawaiian Punch. Pomengranite, wild strawberry, and stone pit. A mouthful of a wine to be sure with great mouthfeel and lengthy finish. A beast of a rose!

First rose I've ever had with sediment. And not just a little dusting - serious, chunky sediment. A beefy rose, this is flavorful and enjoyable, but still just a simple quaffing wine. Very good for what it is.

14.9% 560 cases were made of this syrah (75%), grenache (12%), mourvèdre (13%) rosé blend, which is obviously unfiltered. A deepish garnet rosé colour. Big nose, with the mourvèdre making itself evident. On the nose, it feels quite Bandol-like: very meaty with a bit of fresh raspberry fruit. Really lovely on the attack.
