13,5% alcohol, 2 g/l residual sugar, 7,3 g/l acidity. Tasted blind in VV. Intense yellow-green color. Very aggressively vegetal nose with stuffy aromas of canned asparagus, crushed nettles, some passionfruit and a little bit of white peach. I'm fairly sure that this is a Sauvignon Blanc at this point.
