Daniel-Etienne Defaix Chablis 1er Cru Vaillons

a very mature Chablis. Golden in color, quite pleasant on nose with mature fruit, apricot/nutty smell, a bit plain in palate, short aftertaste. I think it has passed its peak. But it is an interesting experience to taste a 40 year old chablis.
