NOSE: Modest nose with peach stone and white flowers (elderflower). TASTE: Quite waxy/oily mouthfeel. Appears well structured with ample fruit, medium body and decent acidity levels. “Linear” and very clean. OVERALL: Not very aromatic at this stage of its development. Benefited greatly from several hours of (cold) airing. There is a core here which only partially opens up. Given its structure and how clean and linear it appears, I think it has potential for not only aging but further improving. …

Un vin blanc pas du tout typique... Super intéressant en dégustation, mais nécessitera quelques bouteills afin de trouver un bon match culinaire.
