Few hour slow ox. Deep magenta color. Black cherry, truffle-dusted chocolate, nectarine rind, and cassis. Smooth, dry, tart palate, with good acidity. Firm tannins on the longish finish. This has a nice nose, but the palate is too tart. Reasonable QPR, as are most bottles from this winery.
