This was a 'found' bottle that sat a number of years on my selves. Both on the nose and in the mouth there was plenty of dark fruit, black cherry, plum, and a bit of prune with the last winning the finish. Full bodied (4 out of 5). Although clearly past its prime, it was not as bad as I feared and held up well the second day.

Deep violet colour, dark but not as dark as some PS. Muted berry nose; overripe dark fruits, including blueberries. Velvety. A bit of...violet? It's a soft nose, but it's complex and lovely. Pleasantly surprised by this affordable Petite Sirah. Aromas of raspberry and blueberry compote. Flavors of forest fruits, with a spicy midpalate and an hints of mocha in the finish. Lower in alcohol than many PS wines, at 13.5%, this is a tasty, accessible wine.

Fruit forward, some spice and a medium finish. Good QPR.

Decent generic red wine. A little bit bigger then the other 205's. Fairly non descript, though.
