We were curious how a 19 year old Chasselas would taste. In the nose neither oxidized (screw cap probably helped) nor musty, but rather complex flavors of flowers and dough with a hint of Maggie spice. Admittedly not fresh. Also complex on the palate but to be honest more interesting than pleasant. We gave up after a glass, especially as it got worse with more time and air contact. Definitely not for keeping that long but still an interesting experience.
