Amazing bottle, minerally, spring water, white floral aromas, lots of depth, wow!

Once again a great show from a wine that would take years to reproduce as the newly planted post fire vines need to age. A touch funky for sure but every bit of well made and unique wine. Solid 91+

Maybe last time our 93 was a bit romantic. Medium intensity wine , has a bit of funkiness ( not as much as the young vines that she produces post the fire) , floral and surprisingly this is 14% alc which it doesn’t feel like. Herby, floral and very pretty wine and an easy 91-92 . Not as focussed or sharp but rounder and juicier in a way . Very good

Old vine density here on the palate is evident and blends well with citrus and apple notes light mineral and at a good place now. A touch herbaceous like one would expect from a Sauvignon Blanc than Vidiano but we will not hold it against it. Beautiful wine and in a way a one off as the vineyard was burnt down we are told and now replanted. 92-93

Malihin tasting (Oinoscent) : The wine shows medium intensity, herbal notes, lemon leaves, citrus notes, a few pear and green apple notes. In the palate, the wine shows strong herbal notes, high acidity, mineral, pear notes, grapefruit peel, green apples notes, 14%, full body and long finish with alcohol heat. Very tight, needs even more time
