14.5% 100% nosiola, which has been lightly dried on graticci before being vinified in barrels of acacia wood. A deep gold. Nutty, slightly raisined nose with a creamy richness and a hint of polish. Powerful flavours on the palate. A nice concentration, but not overdone. It has a very good acidity that keeps it quite dry on the palate. Carries its high alcohol very well.

Made from 100% nosiola, part of which is dried. It has a nutty, perfumed nose. Lovely palate: rich yet very complex and layered. Huge length.
